Lake Dunmore

Lake Dunmore Offers Activites for Everyone

Lake Dunmore is a glacial lake that is situated in the town of Salisbury located just south of Middlebury on the southern end of Addison County. The lake is off Route 53 and is dotted with many seasonal cottages and year round homes as well as private campgrounds, a waterfront marina, a state park and private boys’ camp.

The eastern shore of the lake sits at the base of Mt. Moosalamoo. The western shore is home to the 100 year old Camp Keewaydin, a boys’ summer camp with an emphasis on canoeing and wilderness survival skills. It is also home of 69 acre Branbury State Park that offers camping and day picnic areas with a beautiful sandy beach.

The lake is a recreation mecca in all seasons offering excellent hiking areas, fishing, swimming, boating and camping.

I always felt confident that my best interests were first and foremost in dealing with the transaction of selling our camp.  Lynn's kindness and genuine caring personality was most comfortable during this difficult process that affected myself and the rest of the family.
