After giving my children a solid foundation on a working dairy farm, I entered into the real estate profession and never looked back! Working the land and living here gave me a hands-on knowledge of Addison County like no other. With that knowledge, I built a team that is able to help buyers and sellers no matter what their needs and desires are in today’s real estate market. This team has evolved over time and is the best team in Addison County when it comes to your home selling and buying experiences. In 2008, Susan Burdick joined the selling team, guiding buyers through the process with a born knowledge of the area, acute negotiating skills and a connection to buyers understanding their conflicting feelings of fears and excitement that always become a part of the buying process. Her expertise gently guides them step by step through this confusing process understanding the importance of this big purchase which usually is one of their most important decisions in their life journey.
Danelle Birong joined us in 2010 with a new and refreshing perspective that our team has come to appreciate and respect. A transplant from Pennsylvania (I don’t hold that against her), Danelle experienced first-hand the home buying process as she bought her first home here in Vergennes with my guidance. It was a difficult transaction to say the least, therefore, defaulting Danelle’s real estate education into an on-the-job training experience that catapulted her into wanting to become part of my team. She quickly made a career change and now is helping first-time home buyers find their dream home knowing exactly how to research, service and follow through with the total transaction!
My focus remains with sellers as pricing, marketing and follow-up are ever so important in this age of unstable and changing economies.
